After 12 years in a management role within the customer support field, I’ve made the exciting decision to transition back into a technical support role, specifically in networking. My goal has long been to move into a more hands-on, technical role, and this shift allows me to pursue that ambition while leveraging the skills I’ve developed in customer support leadership. In my previous roles, I honed my abilities in team management, project execution, and delivering customer-focused solutions, all of which I now apply to providing structured, effective technical support in networking environments. I’m excited to deepen my technical expertise and use my problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and customer-first mindset to help organizations optimize their network performance.
