My experience includes working in the energy, automotive, aerospace, consumer goods and real estate industries, providing services in four key areas: • Operational Excellence • Smart Manufacturing • Supply Chain Management • Project Management I have co-founded our business advisory firm, Arvense Group, to empower people toward achieving their goals with our team’s support. We help our manufacturing clients reduce their spending and remain focused on delivering value to their customers. I enjoy connecting the right people with the right capabilities to foster growth. In addition, we developed the Arvense F5 Methodology that blends high-impact tools from Change Management, Theory of Constraints, and Lean to deliver results fast. I believe true value is realized when wise strategic direction is paired with the unique ability to implement changes that really "move the needle".
