I have 10+ years of operations experience. I am currently a Specialist Surface & Downhole at OXY. Here at Oxy I started as a Lease Operator and worked my way up to the position I now hold. This current position allows me to work closely with all PT’s in the field, as well as Leadership in the office. My job role allows me to step in and be Surface Lead when the current leaders take vacation. I held the position for 3 months, while OXY made transitions in the corporation. Over the past 2 1/2 years I have been able to grow my leadership skills and discovered how much I enjoy being a leader in all aspects. I have experience with multiple artificial lift systems, Gas Lift, Beam unit, ESP as well as quite a few computer programs such as, Lowis, Nexus, Graphworx, Carte, Excel, etc. I am a self driven individual that would like to continue growing as a person and Leader, develop every skill I can and help people do the same thing along the way Building a solid team is what creates a great company!
