About Derek Boast

With nearly a decade of experience in the telecommunications industry, I have honed skills in customer service, retention, rep development, back office operations, and inventory management. Starting my journey as a sales consultant, I consistently surpassed monthly quotas, pairing this success with exceptional customer service. My dedication and performance led to the opportunity to manage my own store, where under my leadership, we clinched the top spot in my area manager's territory in just our first month. Now serving in an assistant role, I have been instrumental in helping our location achieve its voice target for the first time in a year, further solidifying our position as the #1 store in our area. My track record demonstrates a consistent commitment to excellence and results-driven leadership in the dynamic world of telecommunications.
