I'm passionate about helping clients use technology so that they can optimise their business and provide exceptional customer service. I founded Future State Systems (FSS) with a clear vision - to be laser focused on our customers' success. With this approach, everybody wins. Our primary objective is to help our clients enhance and optimise their processes so that they can increase efficiency, reduce costs and enhance service to their customers and partners. We take a consultative approach, working closely with our clients to: • Understand Current State processes • Identify opportunities to modify, enhance and automate processes to better align with business objectives • Recommend a Future State for each process • Assist in the development of a business case to justify the proposed Future State • Utilise best of breed technology and best practices to rapidly and cost effectively implement the change We can be a “one stop shop”, supplying any required software and services to implement a solution, or our clients can procure software directly from the vendor and we deliver the solution using that software. Our solutions can be implemented on-premise or hosted in the cloud, using a true Software as a Service model. After more than 30 years in the IT industry, working for a number of leading vendors, I am still amazed at how poorly most projects are managed and implemented, and how often they fail to deliver real business value. We aim to change this, with a clear focus on identifying success criteria and then working diligently and effectively to meet or exceed them. With an agreed scope, we will back ourselves to deliver the solution at an agreed fixed cost so that we truly share the project risk with our clients.
