As a paralegal at Namdar Realty Group, I assist the General Counsel with various legal tasks, such as drafting notices, obtaining signatures, creating new ownership packages, and tracking bankruptcy cases. I also work closely with the property management team on curing violations and providing legal documents as requested. I use MRI Software to manage and organize data and information efficiently and accurately. In addition to my paralegal role, I am also a principal and property manager at CB4 Properties LLC, a company that I co-founded with my partners in 2020. We own and manage both multi-family and single-family properties, and we are always looking for new investment opportunities. I handle the income and expenses of the LLC, coordinate monthly bill payments, and work with trusted contractors for emergency repairs and renovation projects. I have a BS in Entrepreneurship from University of Massachusetts Boston, where I learned the skills and knowledge to start and run a successful business. I am passionate about real estate, investing, and learning new things from different industries. I am a creative problem solver, a strong communicator, and a team player who values collaboration and support.
