I am a Compliance Manager at Citizens in the Compliance Assurance department. I serve the Consumer Products pod, which is responsible for conducting targeted and thematic compliance reviews of various consumer business lines and performing monitoring activities to ensure regulatory compliance across the bank's consumer products, services, and internal processes. I am also the Community Pillar Lead for the Caring for Citizens Business Resource Group. In my previous roles, I was a litigator representing banks and other creditors primarily in bankruptcy, foreclosure, eviction, and municipal code enforcement litigation. I have also represented plaintiffs in collections, personal injury, and family law related matters. I was previously licensed to practice law in all six New England states in both the state and federal courts and was active in a variety of bar association groups and divisions. I previously served as President and Secretary of the Town of North Attleboro Cable Advisory Committee, which advised the Board of Selectmen and later the Town Council regarding issues related to cable service and television access in the Town and participated in negotiating contracts for the same on behalf of the Board. I also served on the Bylaw Study Committee for North Attleboro, which heard resident petitions for new or updated bylaws and provided research and recommendations to the Board of Selectmen.
