With over 7 years of experience in distribution and customer service, I have developed a flexible and adaptable mindset, readily embracing new challenges to align with evolving business needs. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services to our customers, while ensuring the optimal use of resources and minimizing waste. I collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, such as purchasing, master production scheduling, 3PL management, and IT, to define and set key performance indicators, implement best practices, and resolve issues. I also report to senior management on the overall order fulfillment and progress of customer order shipments.
