Overall responsibility for the leadership and management of assigned branches across middle Tennessee and into northwest Alabama. Responsible for determining performance objectives and procedures for the area’s consumer banking function and managing the teams’ goals and objectives of their business lines. Provide branch management with leadership, coaching and direction in the areas of sales, service, client concerns, operations, human resources, business development, and community involvement. Regularly reinforce the bank’s principles and values. Act as an agent to motivate employees to achieve higher standards and promote a commitment to excellence in sales, service, knowledge/training and technology driven products and processes. Ensures the desired results are achieved in the areas of sales performance and profitability through an intentional approach to retention, attraction, and expansion of teammate and client relationships through branding and relationship building. Act as a liaison between the retail branches and support areas of the Bank in order to ensure strong relationships and alignment to corporate goals and objectives. · Manage over $1B in deposits on hand in retail locations. · Consistently achieve over $5MM lending balance performance monthly · Consistently average $6.8MM invested with STIS monthly · Graduate of Leadership Development Program · Selected to be in group of 5 peers nominated to build 2019 corporate branch incentive plan for all retail job families. · Represent area managers and retail in flexible workplace workgroup to find competitive and flexible work arrangements for teammates across the footprint.
