Greetings to all, My name is Derek Conley and I am a military veteran majoring in Instructional Design and Technology in the Masters Program. I have over twenty years of Case Management and Program Services experience with a diverse logistics and management skill set for mission driven environments. Proven track record of providing oversight and effective management with complex projects, leveraging 20+ years of proven leadership ability to interact and collaborate with multiple levels of management and diverse cultural audiences. I consistently achieve exceptional and measurable results to meet organizational objectives and satisfy stakeholder interests. I am currently pursuing a Masters Degree and I have twenty plus years of experience working in Case Management and Program Service Coordination along with several other skills developed over several disciplines. I have developed and implemented IEP's, facilitated family and individual crisis intervention, planned and scheduling parent/caregiver education resource workshops, administered staff development and enrichment programs, created and monitored plans for treatment, services, and training, provided case management and assessments, have been trained and certified in basic pharmacology, caring for medically fragile children and adults, seizure management, behavior management/modification and redirection strategies, health and safety, G and J-tube care/feeding, Suicide Prevention, Assessment, Intervention, and Recovery, Care and Counseling, and I present the personality and skill set necessary to meet a consumer where they are. I am very adept in assisting clients with various stages and levels of developmental and/or physical challenges. Also, I have a proven track record of positive results and have provided administrative support services, and trained over 250 caregivers, staff, and clients for over 40 years.
