Looking for fun, experience, excitement and the chance to watch as something I create comes to life. In my current career, I perform the following- Conduct high-energy training sessions using various learning aids to raise the level of product and service process knowledge at the dealership level - Provide coaching to dealership managers to support the implementation of Sales Department policies and procedures - Develop training manuals in support of process implementation - Develop large scale presentations using Keynote - Communicate ideas/concepts in a clear, concise manner to encourage participation during training sessions and engagement during coaching - Write scripts for half hour shows touring vehicles and their functions, practicalities in the marketplace - Act as host/presenter for the taping of training videos and virtual classroom presentations - Travel across Canada on an ongoing basis In my spare time, I can be seen with a camera in my hand on stage with Tesla coils, or driving around on my warbike with my dog in the sidecar.
