I have worked in the financial service industry since In the beginning I worked exclusively with clients, helping them accomplish their risk based, investment planning and employee benefit goals. Since 2007 I also serve in a leadership and mentorship role within our Midwest Firm. I have found that I can have a great impact by growing leaders in our business in addition to serving clients.
