Hello and good day to you, What I look forward to most when looking for work is teamwork. I come from an athletic background and have always loved the team dynamic. Being a Captain of multiple teams, I know what it takes to succeed for any task at hand, but along those lines the notion of failure is not an option. When in a team, or group setting, everyone is accountable to do their job, duty or what is expected of them. I personally do not see people who slack off as good teammates and I attempt to motivate and help them as much as I can to bring them up or change their mentality. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link, if there are no weak links then the chain will hold strong. Though working with people is a big thing for me, I do thrive when given tasks individually. I was brought up with the mind set of,"If you're going to do something, do it right the first time." I do not like sending out a product that is insufficient or unfinished so instead of procrastinating, I knock the project out of the park early and grind down the edges before it is due.
