About Derek Dunlap

I am actively seeking an employment opportunity as a Full-Stack Developer,(or Software Developer), that I can assume upon graduating from DigitalCrafts in October of 2021. I will continue pursuing my Computer Science Bachelor's Degree from Georiga State University while seeking a long-term position. Currently, I am enrolled in DigitalCrafts's Full-Stack Web Development course where I am gaining the necessary exposure to years of full-stack development experience concentrated into merely weeks of training. Building websites when assigned into a group or individually, accomplishing daily assignments, exercising newly acquired skills on practice activities, and expanding upon people skills via teamwork are just a few of the traits that will continue to groom me both in this new profession and within my personal life. My primary focus as of right now: is to land an opportunity that allows me to showcase my newly gained skill set of JavaScript, Node.js, React, and Back-End Development; to name a few. All the while, allowing me to feel part of a phenomenal team, continuously obtaining new tools and sharing my knowledge and ideas with those around me.
