Team member of TPM project using lean principles we eliminated waste and generated a new layout structure for our compression machines with more focus on the operator input. All combined the OEE was increased by 20%. Generated and completed many projects in house for customer complaints,health & safety and continuous improvement using the skill of my team. Improved communication between departments with up to date reports and investigating product related issues with a team consisting of the members of different departments.This allowed for the end goal to be accomplished. Preventive Maintenance efficiency increased in conjunction with facilitators of Packing Hall and Manufacturing scheduled time in for the Preventive Maintenance to be completed. Specialties: Created a awareness that machines can be built in house at low cost to high safety standard and function correctly. This created a opening which allowed for more projects and equipment to be designed in house, which saved a lot of cost. My specialty would be communication to people, and to generate projects for continuous improvement.
