About Derek Elmore

With forty combined years experience teaching and coaching, my wife and I have taken those experiences and found a passion for teaching and coaching individuals to become the very best version of themselves in terms of wellness. We believe in living a healthy lifestyle to create meaningful lives. We have a passion for helping people and we believe we can leave our mark in the world by teaching good nutrition, strategies for good health & wellness, and helping people become fit. We know from our experiences that a “one-size-fits-all” approach can be ineffective and frustrating leading clients to frustration and often quitting. Therefore we offer customized nutrition and fitness specifically tailored to each individual based on a number of factors and backed by the latest science and technology.
