About Derek Glace

Born into a small entrepreneurial family; my Father has owned and operated a multitude of businesses in the hospitality & tourism sector, and my mother has garnered over 30 of experience in the banking industry. Born and raised in the tiny yet mighty Caribbean island of St. Lucia, I relocated to Miami, Florida in 2011 to further my education and expand my career opportunities. I studied business administration at Miami Dade College, before transferring to Florida International University to pursue my BBA. Having worked a variety of postions within the retail and hospitality sectors, I found that I wasn't being challenged enough or given a huge opportunity for growth and development. Having discovered the direct sales and networking marketing industry, I knew it was the right opportunity for the level of growth I desired at such a young age. I am highly driven and motivated to achieve both my personal/professional goals by becoming a young successful entrepreneur in Miami, supporting my family by retiring my parents, and ultimately investing in the education industry of St. Lucia and the rest of the Caribbean to provide new opportunities for young aspiring entrepreneurs.
