About Derek Hill

Once I realized that I probably wouldn't be able to deliver pizza the rest of my life in high school, I quickly decided to pursue further opportunities through college and have since been working on obtaining my degree in Business Administration with a Management emphasis. Over the course of time while I have attended THREE different colleges and I have had two very steady jobs; both of which have been in the restaurant industry! In Tucson, while attending Pima Community College, I started working at a franchise pizza location called Zpizza. I loved working there as it was a great atmosphere and it really gave me the chance to grow and be able to learn the in and outs of how a restaurant works as I became Assistant Manager of the store. After moving back up to Chandler where I am originally from, I once again attended CGCC and currently work as a shift lead, bartender, server of sorts in which I can pretty much manage any front of the house situation. Aside from work and school, I am a pretty laid back person that is definitely goal-oriented and try to maintain a pretty busy schedule. I am absolutely in love with animals of all sorts and in my spare time I usually just enjoy listening to some tunes or watching movies with my family. I am hoping I can finally find an 'adult job' as I am about to obtain my bachelors degree and am ready to start trending in that direction!
