About Derek Hubbard

Following high school, I decided to pursue a career in vehicle diagnostics and repair. After graduated from Nascar technical Institute, in Mooresville NC. The experience was great and I learned valuable skills. Such as team work, problem solving, listening skills, multi tasking, working out customer relations and customer service. After a few years of working in the shop environment, I decided that it wasn't the permanent career for me and I went back to college. I've been working on a degree in Communications and Graphic Design while working at Wal-Mart. This job helped me to further improve my customer service and customer relations skills, while also aiding in improving my time management skills and detail spotting skills. I have been training in the martial arts for several years now, and in regards to a future employer, my training gives me focus and determination. My future objective, is to plant myself in a company that offers growth and pride in their employees.
