Ensures that all medical and non-medical supplies and services critical to the delivery of care to our members are procured and managed in the most effective and efficient manner possible. Assigned to one or multiple pillars of Supply Chain that include: Sourcing and Procurement, Logistics, Hospital Material, Management, Ambulatory/Dental/Administrative Material Management, Document Services Management. Leader for Contract Center of Excellence (CCOE) for KP Markets outside California with additional Multi-Regional Contract Management Oversight - NW, WA, MAS. Leadership: Planning, development and implementation of strategic initiatives in Supply Chain Operation including quality, utilization, finance, day-to-day operations, total delivered cost optimization, service and human resource management. Collaborate with regional and national leadership to develop and align key strategic initiatives that contribute to best practice standardization. Identify and present cost reduction and value enhancing recommendations to Supply Chain Leadership. Finance: Departmental budgeting with achievement of budget objectives. Major supporter of the delivery of business spend targets and cost savings deliverables. Strategy Development: Key leader and driver of change management across all supply chain. Lead multiple projects and provide project management support to ensure successful development and completion of these projects. Operational Performance: Staffing, budget, compliance, supply/service spend, service delivery, operational improvement, analytics and Labor partnership. Teams range from 30 to 100+ in size. Collaboratively work with operational objectives. Human Resource management activities include hiring, reward and recognition, performance review, professional development, succession planning, UBT leadership and discipline management.
