To put it simply, I use technology to create value for your organization. How technology integrates, streamlining of processes, developing or implementing new systems and applications, and making the most of your existing technology (which is often underutilized), is how I generate value that equals increased profit and revenue, reduced costs, and time saved. From my impact on technology and users across the U.S. Marine Corps, to past projects of migration to Office 365, SharePoint, and Intuit QuickBooks, no project is too big or small to tackle. As a Middleware SME, I support 24/7 environments, develop, execute and manage large and small-scale technology projects, create IT Disaster Plans and Corporate Data Backup Plans, understand cybersecurity needs, author technical documentation, and institute employee onboarding and offboarding programs. My qualifications include: •Master of Arts, Project Management, 2020 •Master of Science, Leadership, 2015 •B.S.B.A, Management, 2011 •DoD clearance renewed February 2022. •Multiple industry certifications, CompTIA Security+ Certification, Scrum Fundamentals, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and Project Management Essentials. •Currently develop, upgrade, deploy, and/or maintain a variety of hosted applications impacting U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) worldwide, user accounts, and a 24/7 environment. •Adept supervisor, managing up to eight employees, encompassing interview, hiring, dismissal input, performance tracking, Performance Improvement Plans (PIP’s), formal performance evaluations, 30/60/90 development programs for new hires, task assignment, task timelines, PTO scheduling, mentoring, coaching, bonus/spot-bonus recommendations, arrangement for training, cross-training, and general oversight. •Skilled in creation of project plans, training curriculum, custom communications, manuals, proposals, and safety/best practice documentation. My exposure to a myriad of technology, platforms, and segments of the IT industry allows me to converse confidently about most technology initiatives horizontally and vertically throughout any organization. Lastly, my ability to locate resources to facilitate technology projects, source information, and find additional Subject Matter Experts provides fewer “no’s” for the executive suite when tasked with complicated internal or external technology requests. While I am focusing on positions that take me into the international realm, a company with a global footprint and the potential to ultimately move into an international role is welcomed.
