I am a Quality Engineering Testing Expert and Transformation Leader with over 25 years of experience in: • Building, growing and maturing QA/QE organizations • Transforming / maturing QA organizations and bringing them to QE CoE level & setting up testing practices • Managing QE service delivery portfolios and large, globally distributed QE teams (> 150+ QE practitioners) • Designing and implementing effective QE solutions for complex SI programs across multiple technologies and sectors • Experience in leveraging cutting edge test automation / AI technology to drive the continuous improvement of QE effectiveness and efficiency I also take great pride in my role as an Executive Director on the Canadian Software Testing Board (CSTB), the national member board of the ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board).
