I’m a sales and business development professional with a deep-rooted passion for building strong partnerships, solving complex challenges, and driving performance in the off-highway tire (OHT) space. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the most demanding industries in Canada—mining, construction, and industrial—where equipment downtime isn’t an option and trust is earned, not given. At Fountain Tire, I lead the national effort in off-highway tire sales and key account development, while also providing strategic oversight and coaching for our OHT supply business and sales team. I’m responsible for ensuring its profitable operation and long-term success—balancing boots-on-the-ground execution with high-level strategy. My focus is on delivering tire programs that are field-tested, data-driven, and designed to improve uptime, reduce total cost of ownership, and support the evolving needs of our customers across sectors. What drives me is more than just hitting targets—it’s helping teams succeed, simplifying the complicated, and bringing a level of care and consistency to every partnership I build.
