About Derek Noles

Hello! How is the profile scrolling treating you? I am a 15 year government employee with extensive experience in law enforcement, security, emergency medical services, family law, legal process and implementation, training, coaching, and mentoring with demonstrated results of consistently being among the top performers of my peers. Working for Hennepin County has been such a blessing filled with many opportunities. While working with Hennepin County, I also started a real estate company as my "side business" and currently an owner/operator of Mango Realty LLC. During my experience I have demonstrated all the duties and responsibilities of running a business from the ground up, including but not limited to brand building, marketing, recruiting, lead generation, writing contracts, P&L, forecasting, managing independent contractors, 3rd party vendors, and negotiating. My success is demonstrated by being about the 80th percentile in sales for all licensees in MN and this includes full-time agents. I am considering other opportunities to grow, if you are too let's connect! If your company or client is looking for someone with demonstrated successful leadership on multiple levels and platforms, who "keeps it real" in all the good ways, charismatic, direct, with demonstrated true hustle for moving forward, driving sales, improving culture, building relationships, recruiting, collaboration, process improvement.….all while being 100% coachable, trainable, brandable, embracing opportunities, and possessing a constant hunger to grow both personally and professionally.….with a character who truly takes joy in collective success.…I JUST might be the person you are looking for! Wishing you a blessed day, Derek
