I’ve been in the Logistics and Transportation business for over 10 years managing drivers, ensuring compliance and the seamless delivery of goods and services to customers in a variety of sectors including, CPG, transportation, construction and food manufacturing. I would describe myself as a dedicated professional not afraid to roll up my sleeves to get the job done. My success has been based on my strong organizational and scheduling skills, ability to think on my feet and adopting a customer-first mindset. I enjoy leading process improvements, implementing innovative solutions to problems and coaching my team of drivers to deliver service excellence. I have an adaptive style of leadership and this, together with my communication skills, have enabled me to build trust with my teams of drivers and logistics staff. I’m tech savvy having used many software systems in the logistics field and have a strong understanding of various types of trucking equipment gained through studies and practical hands-on experience.
