I have now been responsible for building and leading two teams towards significant cultural resets and financial turnarounds in my last two opportunities. The first was with SNP in the United States as the Chief Executive Officer. In my first year at SNP we doubled our sales from 11M in 2018 to 22M plus in 2019 and improved our operating model substantially. In my first year at smartShift as the CEO, we have grown our sales by 78.5 percent while increasing margins as well as average deal size with a heavy focus on "pricing to resistance while selling to the complexity of the problems we solve for customers and partners." We are now profitable and are well on our way to massive growth in revenue, sales, and market share.
