An accomplished business analyst with 22 years IT experience across the Financial, Government and Healthcare sectors, with expertise across the software development lifecycle. I have been working with DXC Australia for the past 3 years as product manager for the webPAS Patient Administration System. Prior to that i was engaged as a business analyst on the ACT Health Directorates eHealth and Clinical Records program for the past 4 years, with the past 2 years as team lead for the business analyst team comprising 3 permanent and contract staff. I have provided business analysis services on a broad range of eHealth projects including Pathology electronic ordering and collections (eOrders), Positive Patient Identification (PPID), Transfusion Services, Deteriorating Patient Tracking, Consumer Portal, Renal and Community Clinical Record. In addition, over the past 4 years I have been exposed to diverse healthcare environments including surgical theatres, renal, maternity, cardiology, infectious diseases and others. I have excellent communication and influencing skills and am confident working with people at all levels. I have creative problem solving abilities and am quick to understand complex concepts and issues.
