I have a bachelor's degree in Fisheries and Aquaculture with a lot of experience in the field and hatchery work. I've used different types of seines and traps to capture fish. While attending school I have worked at the on campus fish hatchery for my classes and performed health management of brood stocks, treating diseases, spawning salmonids and walleye, measuring and maintaining water quality, feeding, and collect and analyze data as well as basic electrical work. On the fisheries side of work I've performed active and passive seining and netting, backpack, barge, and E-boat electrofishing, tagging, scale aging and back calculations, cutting and aging otoliths and mussels, and creek surveys.
