I perform at my best when I help others succeed. This is why I am currently seeking a high-impact Account Executive or Customer Success role that leverages my experience with data insights, consultative sales, account revenue growth, and process creation. MY CAREER STORY I have always been a relationship builder. Whether it has been in sales roles, non-profit organizations, or in leadership positions this has always been my most effective attribute. Combining this with my ability to simplify communication into actionable next steps, I have generated success in a variety of roles. Here are a couple of examples where my ability to build relationships and communicate effectively have yielded outsized results: Within 14 months at GiddyUp, I expanded my client base from 15 accounts to 42. I continued to prove myself by delivering 139% and 218% YoY revenue growth, and I onboarded and sustained GiddyUp’s two largest accounts. By early 2024, my accounts represented 60% of the company’s business. Within 3 months at Viking Cruises, I had joined the $1 Million Club, which I was in another 2 times over 12 months. I learned that a diligent and methodical approach to outbounding and follow up was critical if I was going to be successful. I then moved into a leadership role at Viking where I motivated and trained my team to be the fastest improved Service Team in the company’s history - improving our CSAT by a full point from 3.8 to 4.8 over the course of 8 weeks.
