I am on a journey of happiness through excellence, connection and trust! In my current role I have the opportunity to lead an engineering business development team for our aerospace and defense market sector, through complex engineering service deals while ensuring successful customer relationships and results. I firmly believe that we are all connected as people and the actions we take in our daily lives should be mindful of this. Understanding customer needs and building an effective professional service strategy for engineering design allows me to continue leveraging my engineering, problem solving background! Deep rooted from my time in the military, I value the trust that others place in me and the trust I place in them. Since we can't do amazing things without others, I strive to constantly earn and build this trust with the people I interact with! Outside of work, I have a supportive family that I love spending time with.
