I have been a manager in several different industries in my career. As a young adult I started off my career in the restaurant industry. I quickly became very interested in business and felt I had a natural knack for finding the needs of clients and growing the profitability of a company. After a short time I realized I had finally found my true calling as a manager where I help employees reach their potential with the company. Using several techniques while training employees I learned my niche as far as how I can reach my potential as a manager. During my career I have working for several retail companies and more recently after obtaining a Bachelors in Business my career has lead me to the service industry working for companies such as Dish and Distinguished Transport. I wake up every morning to live up to my potential. By treating employees with fairness and inspiring them through passion for the business I have had successes in every position I have been in. Our integrity is our greatest strength and without it we can never fully reach our goals. Everyday as a leader in Business I maintain the highest integrity in my personal life and in my professional career. Our word is the most valuable asset we have and we need not to destroy it. As my life and interests change I will always live by treating my employees and customers with respect and always maintaining my integrity.
