As a leader, I value the importance of active listening, being patient and empathetic, and knowing when someone needs guidance and direction.Building strong relationships at all levels of the organization, as well as with external vendors, partners, and customers, is critical to me.As important as it is to deliver 300%+ ROI, negotiate contracts to save annually, or exceed revenue targets by $2MM, I always maintain sight of the fact that we are all people with others that depend on us and I know that when people feel appreciated, they are invaluable.What is my why?Beyond the obvious of providing for my family, I am driven by helping others realize their potential and developing a people-first culture.
