I know how to do it and can help you do it too. In 2007, I co-founded Austin Fraser, one of the most successful recruitment businesses in the UK, Germany and US. For the next 15 years, I was dedicated to supporting recruitment leaders and their sales teams in achieving their business and personal objectives. We grew from 2 people to over 200 in 8 offices across 3 countries with turnover in excess of £64m and gross profits of over £23m- Listed in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 - 2011 & 2012 - Listed in the Sunday Times International Track 250 - 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 - Listed in Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies - From 2013 to 2021 The continued growth and success of the business enabled me to fully exit in July 2022 through an MBO. After some time off, I’m now ready to use my experience and passion for the industry as a Strategic Advisor/NED/Consultant to help other recruitment leaders achieve their goals.
