I grew up in a small mill town where hard work wasn’t optional — it was a way of life. At 16, I started my first company and learned business the old-fashioned way: through grit, persistence, and a lot of lessons learned the hard way. Those early experiences became the foundation for everything that followed. My career began in software and high tech, where I developed a passion for building systems and scaling performance. That path led me into the automotive industry — an industry that matched my energy, ambition, and appetite for challenge. I had the privilege of working alongside incredible mentors and entrepreneurs, helping them grow their businesses before becoming a partner. By 27, I was a General Manager leading a dealership group, and shortly after, I advanced to President and COO. Today, as President & CEO of one of Canada’s leading F&I providers, I’ve helped drive exceptional double-digit growth — tripling the company’s size through a relentless focus on people, performance, and innovation. My leadership philosophy is simple: results are built on culture. I believe in empowering teams, elevating performance, and creating an environment where excellence is the standard — not the exception. Every day, my focus remains the same: to grow our business, inspire our people, and help our clients and partners prosper — today and into the future.
