I am a 23 year veteran currently serving as the Maintenance Group Training Instructor and Development Element Chief. I develop, forecast, review, instruct and proctor nine course curriculum, eight skill level upgrade certification exams for nine careers fields encompassing 1500 personnel. I have garnered an Air Force Instructional systems design and Principal of Instruction certifications. I love sales, teaching, marketing, non-profits, working with people, managing budgets and resources. I have experience working in social ventures. Working with software such as Microsoft, Excel, Adobe Suite, Power Point, Zoom, TEAMs, Defense Travel System, MyLearning and an array of training data entry platforms. Experienced Fuel Systems Technician with 18 years of experience working in the U.S. Department of Defense Aircraft Maintenance. Skilled in the fields of training personnel, public speaking occupational safety, project and program management, personnel and physical security. Strong team player who is committed to excellence and task completion. I currently posses a valid and current Secret Security Clearance.
