Currently, I am a Senior Manager for a Salt Lake City based servicing operations team in a fortune 100 company. • Brand Ambassador • I have served American Express proudly since 2009. I have served in several different roles that give me a broad perspective of the financial world and operations. I developed strategies to align with 3rd party vendors, internal business partners and senior executives. My areas of interest and expertise include: Team development and leadership Process improvement including robotics to reduce customer friction and errors Enhance Customer Experience including right-shoring and off-shoring Project Management focused on process improvements that increase customer satisfaction and increasing the service team's ability to provide value. Currently, my team is US based with 20+ reports. We manage the back office operations, fraud referrals and other process for a 32 billion dollar portfolio consisting of over 500k customers. My earlier roles ranged from managing the quality and performance of over 25 manufacturing vendors in 5 countries throughout the world, QA testing in E1, E2 and production environments, and providing support to over retail locations selling our products. I have a passion for paying thing forward. In my spare time I volunteer as the Center wide director for the American Express Summer internship program. I coordinate with communities and local universities to attract and hire well qualified college students eager to work hard and learn business.
