With over 10 years of experience in enterprise risk management, strategic planning, and business communication, I currently serve as the A/g Executive Director of Mint Systems & Quality at Royal Australian Mint. In this role, I oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards that ensure the quality, integrity, and security of minting processes and products. I am passionate about aligning business objectives with operational excellence, adapting to change, and engaging with risk. I have a strong track record of delivering results, managing competing priorities, and leading teams in challenging and uncertain environments. I develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging my skills in communication, collaboration, and customer service. My mission is to contribute to the success and sustainability of the Royal Australian Mint and its customers.
