I have been a stay-at-home dad for seven plus years and a homeschool parent for more than 2 years. I like to align myself with successful environments. With my 24 years of experience in helicopter maintenance with the United States Air Force I am qualified for many positions. My Air Force career culminated in the position of Subject Matter Expert for the Air Force’s HH-60G fleet of 99 helicopters on Air Combat Command staff. In this position I was responsible for sustainment and modernization of the helicopter fleet. Additionally, I have 16 years of hands-on flight line maintenance and inspection as well as 5 years of instructor experience in the helicopter maintenance field. It is with this background that I believe would make me an excellent candidate. Additional personal attributes that make me a top candidate and a good match are my loyalty, sincerity and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty. I don't give up and will stick with problems until they are solved. I adapt easily to work conditions, environments and situations. I like challenges and am solution oriented and correct potential problem areas before they become problems. Finally, my "Get it done now" attitude has helped me and my units to complete assignments on or ahead of schedule I completed my Master of Aeronautical Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a dual specialization in Safety and Human Factors in 2012.
