In my school community, I assist individuals with classwork and am often an emergent servant leader in group projects. In groups I tend to take control of a group in chaos, encouraging everyone to participate, guiding others without forcing them to do things my way, helping each member complete their tasks in a strong and efficient way, and encouraging social interaction between group members to allow for a better working environment and to make the work more enjoyable. In my free time I enjoy learning new things, understanding how things work, and hands on work. Due to this I can be often found reading a book, taking something apart, or working on a project with my hands.
