Hello, My name is Derek Williams, and I am a first-year student at Skyline College. My degree will be a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems. College success is critical to me since I will be the first member of my family to graduate from college. It was incredibly motivating to pursue it. Second, going to college may offer me more career opportunities and improve my chances of success in my profession. I hope to gain from my schooling to study and apply what I'm learning from my degree to my job/career as I'm currently a paid Business Administrative intern at SalesForce. For the time being, my primary objective for my first year here is to pass all of my courses with A's. One distinguishing feature is that I am resilient because I have a never-give-up attitude.
