Over the last 10 years, I have been involved in automotive product manufacturing, quality control, tooling fabrication and supervision in manufacturing. At ITSUWA USA, I had been a production Supervisor for 3 years. As the Supervisor I oversaw numerous aspects of the shift such as: Ensuring the production demands were being met Chemical titrations/adjustments, Daily paint thickness testing Equipment maintenance Separated suspect parts before final inspection Vacation approvals Employee discipline and employee evaluations. As for the other side of my job, I was also a Tooling Fabricator. I worked with the plant General Manager and the other shift Supervisors on some of the fabrication needs. One of the biggest projects that I headed up was designing and building of new tooling racks to reduce used floor space inside of the facility. As a growing company we continued to bring new products in. I was constantly trying to finds ways to save space in our facility to allow for growth. I purchased and pick up supplies needed for various projects. As for quality experience, I supervised parts inspection for MS Inspection and Logistics as a 3rd party inspection. We would travel to various companies in the state of Indiana for on-site inspections. On a daily basis I would contact customers to review what they wanted done from our team. I would write work instructions for every different inspection. On several occasions I worked directly with the customers engineers on finding reasons for defects. I recorded various inspection data such as good vs. bad and tracked identification numbers. Some of my previous machine operating work includes; Lathes, CNC, Robotic welders, MIG welders, Break Press. My various experiences in these positions gives me the advantage of being able to bring new ideas to a company and adapt to new opportunities.
