I began my career in the oil and gas industry over a decade ago, working hands-on as a Console Operator. That experience gave me an intimate understanding of refinery operations and the challenges employees face in dynamic environments. Today, as CITGO's Training Coordinator, I design and oversee strategic training programs that empower employees to excel and ensure our operations meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Throughout my career, I’ve led initiatives that improved training compliance, streamlined onboarding for new hires, and enhanced workforce readiness. By leveraging data-driven insights and cross-departmental collaboration, I’ve helped implement programs that not only address current operational needs but also prepare employees for the future of the industry. Currently, I’m advancing my expertise in business administration and management to align training strategies with organizational growth goals. I’m passionate about developing systems that foster continuous learning and operational excellence.
