As a Director, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Program Manager, Deliver Manager, and Contributor, I have worked on a rich and diverse number of projects and programs across a variety of industries. With each success I have reflected and taken those experiences on to my next assignment. Success: I have successfully driven complex global initiatives, bringing together multiple cross-functional teams to upgrade a multi-billion-dollar revenue initiative. Leadership: By setting an example and mentoring other project professionals, I have shared my knowledge of project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, striving to become a successful and transformational leader. Program Management: I have facilitated teams around the globe to update user experience designs, collaborated with engineers and IT professionals to develop processes that stay on budget, eliminate risk, and ensure on-time delivery. My efforts have helped companies create innovative and immersive programs that enhance interactions with partners and customers.
