From an internationally built multicultural workfield and network in industrial market segments, including Logistics & Supply Chain and others, in Sales BD, Operational Management, HR and Consultancy, I am quickly able to convert developments in the market into strategic objectives at C-levels. Translating objectives into the renewed organizational structures and processes,(Digital Transformation, Big Data, BI & AI), and linking them to professionals at all levels in the organization who have the right practical experience and core competencies and take an acive role in this give me satisfaction. I speak 4-5 languages and the language of the 'techies' but also of sales professionals and economists; Keeping both satisfied and optimal in their performance gives me satisfaction. Where necessary and opportune, I participate in an active sales driven role in BD, GM HR business/consultancy; on a project basis or for the longer term.
