I have been in customer service most of my life. Most of the jobs I have held have been customer oriented. Even when I was in the military. My customers were the pilots I briefed and the base and surrounding communities that my weather forecast covered. I love working with customers. Whether they are coming to see a movie at the theatres I have worked at and are excited for the next Star Wars or Transformers or if they are involved in a vehicular accident and I have to make sure they and their vehicle are taken care of. What ever it is, my focus is making sure they are taken care of. When I am not working I am usually spending time with my kids. Besides customer service, my greatest love is being a dad.
