About Derrek Veselka

Strategic Thinker | Problem-Solver | Digital Transformer I don’t just manage projects—I drive success. Being successful and solving problems isn’t just my job; it’s what motivates me. With a proven track record in digital transformation, strategic changes, and project management, I thrive on leading cross-functional teams, tackling complex installations, and solving technical puzzles. My experience spans medical equipment modalities, service operations, and business transformation. Whether it’s aligning stakeholders in complex matrix organizations or optimizing service operations for real-world results, I connect the dots between strategy and execution. ‍ Decoding complexity like a tech-savvy Sherlock Turning challenges into opportunities Leading strategy, execution, and just the right amount of coffee. Outside of work, I’m a weekend warrior, tackling home projects and spending time with my three sons, two dogs and wife - all while perfecting the art of smoking meat. I live my life by little quips, here’s my favorite "The problem is not the problem. The problem is your attitude about the problem." – Captain Jack Sparrow. Let’s connect—because great things happen when high-preforms collaborate.
