About Derrel Rivera

As an Operations Manager at CallCore Media, I have developed and helped build several successful lead-generation campaigns for various industries, such as debt settlement, health insurance, mortgage refinancing, Motor Vehicle Accident claims, and Personal Injury claims. I have also managed and motivated large groups of call center agents, coaching them on sales and telemarketing skills, and optimizing the processes to maximize profit margins. My core competencies include lead generation, business-to-business (B2B), and campaign management. In addition to my operations role, I have also been a Training Manager at CallCore Media since May 2019. I have remotely trained large groups of work-from-home call center agents, creating effective training materials for different types of campaigns. I have also recruited and interviewed potential employees, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and hiring individuals who have become valuable assets to the company. I have also been a top performer on the phone, taking high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, and being a key team member during the launch of new campaigns, such as the Lyft driver campaign that contributed to Lyft's successful IPO in 2019. I am passionate about delivering quality service to our clients and partners and bringing diverse perspectives and experiences to our team.
