I work for company known around the world for having some of the best customer service, and I'm one of the best at what I do here. Whether it is training your employees to be their very best, refining your product vision, or guiding your customers through a difficult situation, I'm here to help. During my career, I've served as a trainer, a product manager, and a customer support/service professional, and I've received overwhelmingly positive feedback in each role. Currently, I'm a Genius at Apple, where I meet daily with customers who just need a little help, and I make their day better, all while using internal applications that I helped refine and improve. I recently went back to school and earned my BBA in Economics from Kennesaw State University at the age of 37. I took a full-time course load for six semesters across two years to finish my degree while working full-time for Apple. I managed to maintain a GPA of 3.8 for my last two years, and I was named to the President's List and Dean's List on multiple occasions. Hard work is something I'm very familiar with. I'm looking to move into a permanent role in Product/Project Management or in Training. I'm passionate about these fields, and my skills are all tailor-made for these types of roles.
