I have multiple certifications in IT fundamentals, cybersecurity, and cloud computing, as well as an associate's degree in Computer Service and Repair/EET from Macomb Community College. I am passionate about advancing my skill set and learning new technologies in the IT field, which is why I am currently enrolled in a self-paced training program in Cloud / Azure at Microsoft. I am motivated by serving my community and customers with professionalism, integrity, and excellence, and I strive to deliver solutions that meet their needs and expectations. I am also a veteran with experience in customer service in the military and the automobile industry.
