I am a PMI-PMP® certified Project Management Leader with extensive experience in program management, project portfolio management, Budget management, People management, Time management, Risk management, and Conflict management in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries (Biologics, Cell Therapy) sectors. Over the course of my career, I have developed professional experience in international settings working with teams across Singapore, Malaysia, US and Europe (Switzerland, Belgium, Austria), Korea and Australia. I have excellent expertise in GMP manufacturing plant start-up (Design, Commissioning & Qualification to licensure), manufacturing operations, process development, method development and validation, technology transfer. Additionally, I have enjoyed notable successes in Operational Excellence, CAPEX, OPEX, clinical & commercial manufacturing (internal and external manufacturing), US and EU regulatory submissions as well as Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Control. My professional experience has taught me the importance of attitude and positivity. It reflects on the person in terms of how people perceive you. Communication is also important. How you speak and present/lead discussion at work is important. This is especially important to management. Somehow someone is always keeping a watch out for such stuff. Another key aspect is discipline, focus and organised. Companies nowadays are changing at an extremely fast pace to stay in the competition. As such, there are a lot of disorientation in directions and work to do. It is important to be focused, calm and organised to give people around your confidence.
